This year, we will have a joint annual meeting of the DACH‑ISMRM together with our colleagues from the DGMP in Bamberg (September 16–19). For further details and the scientific program visit the conference website.
We are also pleased to announce the introduction of a Medical Young Investigator Award at this year’s Annual Meeting. Following a strong positive vote from our members, this new award will be exclusively open to physicians and medical students, and is clearly distinguished from the Gorter Award. The Medical Young Investigator Award will comprise one first prize, endowed with 1000 €, underscoring its equal scientific value and recognition.
Since we essentially adhere to the timeline of the DGMP, the deadline for abstract submission is rather early this year (March 23, 2026). The same deadline also holds for the Gorter Award and the Medical Young Investigator Award.
